Black Pudding - One of Britain’s oldest traditional sausages — a rich, savoury mix made with generous heaps of oatmeal and spices, it has a firm texture and delicious peppery taste. Slice it up then grill (broil) or fry and serve with fried eggs, bacon, tomatoes and a pot of tea. It’s earthy, bold, and utterly essential in a Fry up!

Sausage Roll Spotlight!

At Parker’s, we don’t believe in shortcuts — and that includes our sausage rolls. We make them properly, by hand, starting with our own sausage meat, made using seasoning imported from Britain, and the finest fresh pork, ground and prepared in-house. Once the filling’s sorted, we wrap it all up in golden, flaky pastry — and bake it the traditional way, just as it should be. You’ll taste the difference from the very first bite!

We’re proud to say every Parker’s sausage is made by us — using natural casings, seasoning imported from Britain, and the finest fresh pork, ground in-house. We grind it, season it, and stuff it ourselves — the traditional way, just as it should be.
