At Parker’s, our goal is simple: to bring the very best of our Great British Institution to as many customers across the USA as possible — safely, quickly, and in perfect condition.

A little note on shipping…

We only ever charge what it genuinely costs to send your parcel safely, nothing more. Frozen food needs specialist care, so part of the shipping cost includes the packaging; insulated cooler, ice bricks, dry ice, and the careful hand-packing that keeps everything perfectly frozen in transit.

We also pass our discounted FedEx rates directly on to you, and if your order is over $150, we cover the entire cost of packaging and shipping - so delivery is completely FREE.

To make delivery quicker (especially through the holiday season), we’ve expanded our dispatch window. This means your parcel may now arrive on a Saturday, depending on your shipping option and FedEx’s local schedule.

We’re doing our very best to get orders moving quickly and safely - and this added flexibility helps ensure your British favourites reach you in top condition.

Priority Shipping:

Christmas Day: Order by Sunday, 21st December

Local Pickup & In-Store Shopping (Buffalo, NY)

If you're nearby, you can skip the shipping altogether.
Order online and select In-Store Pickup, or simply pop in and shop with us — our freezers are fully stocked with proper British favourites.

Tuesday–Friday 9am–4pm
Saturday 9am–3pm (until Christmas)

You’ll receive an email when your pickup order is ready. Bring your confirmation and we’ll sort the rest.


Free Shipping

We’re delighted to cover the cost of delivery when you order over $150 (mainland USA).
Simply select Free Shipping at checkout.

Hawaii & Alaska:
Free shipping applies on orders over $200. Due to high frozen-delivery costs, the threshold is slightly higher — but parcels to paradise still arrive in about 2 days after dispatch.

Important Notes:

  • Standard / Free Shipping may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.

  • West Coast orders (including Nevada) dispatch Monday or Tuesday only to avoid weekend delays.

  • Our PolarPack cool boxes ensure everything arrives safely, even if not fully frozen.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes (FedEx does not service them).

  • Please use a residential or business address.


How We Pack Your Order

Every order ships inside a high-density, food-grade cooler with:

  • Icepacks

  • Dry ice pellets

  • Insulated Styrofoam walls

Dry ice evaporates naturally during transit, so an empty space in the cooler is completely normal.

Bread Products:
Most bread items ship ambient, not frozen. Perfectly safe — freeze on arrival if desired.

Reuse & Recycle:
Our coolers are reusable and recyclable. Brilliant for picnics or keeping groceries cold.


Our Shipping Schedule

Standard / Free Shipping

  • Dispatch within 5 business days

  • Delivery typically 2–4 days after dispatch

  • Ships Monday–Tuesday

  • Peak seasons may extend dispatch times

Priority Shipping

  • Dispatch within 3 business days

  • Delivery within ~5 business days

Express Shipping / Overnight

As of December 6th, Express Shipping is now available for same day dispatch Monday - Friday!

  • Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) ship SAME DAY

  • Orders after 2pm Friday ship Monday

  • Delivery is usually 1-2  business days after dispatch

Saturday Delivery

Available on request. Contact us before ordering — usually possible for orders placed by 2pm Friday.

Specific Delivery Dates

We’ll do our best to accommodate, but Free Shipping cannot guarantee date-specific delivery due to transit limits.
Add requests in your order notes or contact us directly.


Helpful Tips

  • Summer Shipping: Choose Express or Priority shipping  in very hot weather.

  • Double-Check Your Address: Prevent delays and missed deliveries.

  • Tracking: FedEx does not require a signature — keep an eye on your tracking link.

  • Store Immediately: Refrigerate or freeze your products as soon as they arrive.

  • Special Instructions: Add any delivery notes at checkout.


Is It Safe to Refreeze?

Yes — as long as it’s cold on arrival.
Per USDA guidance, food kept at or below 40°F (4°C) is safe to refreeze, even if partially thawed.

Do not consume or refreeze anything that is:

  • warm

  • spoiled

  • unusually soft

  • leaking

  • giving off an odour

Please contact us within 24 hours if something doesn’t look right.


Damaged Items

If any vacuum-sealed item arrives unsealed or damaged:

  1. Take a photo

  2. Contact us within 24 hours

  3. Discard the affected item

We cannot accept liability for improper storage after delivery.
Please ensure you have adequate freezer space before your parcel arrives.
