Shipping, simply explained

Frozen food needs specialist packaging. We charge what it genuinely costs to get your order to you safely.

Each parcel includes around $16 in packaging and handling, covering an insulated cooler, outer box, dry ice, ice bricks, protective materials, and careful hand packing by our team.

Nothing is marked up. Nothing is hidden. We also pass our heavily discounted FedEx rates directly on to you.

Smaller orders carry a higher per item shipping cost due to packaging requirements.

How we pack your order

Every order ships in a high density, food grade insulated cooler with ice packs, dry ice, and thick insulated walls.

Dry Ice: Dry ice may have fully evaporated on arrival, and items may feel cold rather than rock solid. This is expected and safe.

If any dry ice does remain, please do not touch it directly. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets, and dispose of it safely by allowing it to dissipate naturally.

Order Dispatch
  • Express Shipping:
    • Orders placed before 12pm (Mon to Fri) ship the same day
    • After 12pm Friday: Express orders ship the following Monday
  • Free / Standard:
    • Dispatch within 5 business days
    • Orders shipping to destinations 3 transit days from Buffalo, NY ship Mondays & Tuesdays Only

Saturday Delivery
  • Saturday delivery is available for Express orders.
  • Add a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
Tracking and Delivery

  • You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
  • No signature required.
  • Please monitor your tracking and store items immediately on arrival.
  • If anything looks wrong, contact us within 24 hours.

Important Shipping Notes
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes (FedEx does not service them)
  • Orders shipping to destinations 3 transit days from Buffalo, NY ship Monday and Tuesday only
  • Bread: most bread items ship ambient, not frozen. Freeze on arrival if desired
  • Our coolers are reusable and recyclable
Is it safe to refreeze?

Yes. As long as items arrive cold (40°F / 4°C or below), they are safe to refreeze.

Please do not consume or refreeze anything that is warm, leaking, spoiled, or giving off an unusual odour.

If something doesn’t look right, contact us within 24 hours.

Local Pickup (Buffalo, NY)

  • Order online and select In Store Pickup (or come in and Shop in Person).
  • You will receive an email when your pickup order is ready.
