OUR STORY

At Parker’s, our aim is simple: to bring a true taste of Britain to those who miss it, and to introduce British food done properly to those discovering it for the first time.

This is food rooted in tradition, made with care, and never rushed. The kind of food many of us grew up with and still judge everything else against.

A Proper Taste of Home

Parker’s began with a love of British food and a sense of adventure. What started as a desire to recreate the flavours of home soon became something more: a mission to protect and celebrate British food traditions at a time when so many have been diluted or lost altogether.

From the outset, the focus has always been on doing things properly. That meant traveling across Britain, meeting suppliers face to face, testing products, and learning directly from those who still practice traditional methods.

A British Institution, Earned Over Time

Over the years, Parker’s has grown into what many now call a Great British Institution.

Along the way, Parker's has been proud to work with organisations such as MINI and the Royal British Legion, feature on Gordon Ramsay’s menu, and be named Best British Shop in America, and even Best British Shop in the World.

None of this happened overnight, and none of it came from cutting corners.

Where Our Food is Made

The majority of our food is made in the USA using traditional British recipes, traditional methods, and imported British seasonings, so it reaches our customers in the condition it was meant to.

Wherever possible, we also import British-made products directly, including our Back Bacon, along with a wide range of bakery and pantry items from select British suppliers who uphold the same standards we do.

Alongside this, we continue to use traditional equipment, including Victorian pie presses, and time-honoured techniques that define how British food should taste.

Authenticity, for us, is about flavour, balance, and integrity, not simply geography.

New Custodians, Same Values

In 2024, Parker’s entered a new chapter when Damian and Vicky passed the apron strings to fellow Brits, Emma and Michelle.

With a shared passion for British food and its traditions, they relocated Parker’s to a new facility near the airport in Buffalo, NY. From there, alongside an experienced and dedicated team, they’ve brought back much-loved pies, sausages, ready meals, and British pantry staples, all made with the same care and standards Parker’s is known for.

The values haven’t changed. If anything, they’ve been reinforced.

Keeping British Heritage Alive

Traditional food relies on skilled hands, proper ingredients, and time.

In a world increasingly filled with cheap, mass-produced alternatives, Parker’s remains committed to preserving British food heritage and the craftsmen behind it.

We’re proud to keep these traditions alive, one proper pie at a time.
