How Do You Eat Your Beans? However you grew up eating them, one thing’s certain: everyone has an opinion. Here are some ways we've heard people enjoy them.
Time to Get the Grill On! The grill’s been cleaned. The forecast’s mostly holding. And there’s finally a reason to eat outdoors again. That’s right, BBQ season is here, and we’ve got everything you need to get it started the British way.
Whether it’s the Premier League, the FA Cup, or a cheeky late-night kick-off, match day calls for proper snacks, and our new Double Header Box delivers. This football-themed bundle is packed with British flavour from start to finish — and built to fuel two hungry fans through every minute of the action.
Black Pudding - One of Britain’s oldest traditional sausages — a rich, savoury mix made with generous heaps of oatmeal and spices, it has a firm texture and delicious peppery taste. Slice it up then grill (broil) or fry and serve with fried eggs, bacon, tomatoes and a pot of tea. It’s earthy, bold, and utterly essential in a Fry up!
There’s bacon — and then there’s proper British back bacon. Thicker, tastier, and cured the right way, ours is the kind you remember: meaty rashers with just the right balance of fat, crisped to perfection in a hot pan. No streaky bacon here. This is how bacon’s meant to be!
At Parker’s, we don’t believe in shortcuts — and that includes our sausage rolls. We make them properly, by hand, starting with our own sausage meat, made using seasoning imported from Britain, and the finest fresh pork, ground and prepared in-house. Once the filling’s sorted, we wrap it all up in golden, flaky pastry — and bake it the traditional way, just as it should be. You’ll taste the difference from the very first bite!
