Black Pudding
One of Britain’s oldest traditional sausages — a rich, savoury mix made with generous heaps of oatmeal and spices, it has a firm texture and delicious peppery taste. Slice it up then grill (broil) or fry and serve with fried eggs, bacon, tomatoes and a pot of tea. It’s earthy, bold, and utterly essential in a Fry up!
