White pudding is a popular Scottish and Irish dish made with succulent pork and oatmeal, blended with beef suet, spices and seasoning. Commonly eaten with minced meat and tatties (potatoes), it’s also delicious served with chips, or egg and bacon. Give it a try.  These are all hand made so can fluctuate between 9 to 10oz

Ingredients

Pork, Water, Oats, Barley, Onion, Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Mustard, Monosodium Glutamate, Spice extractives.

Cooking Instructions

Reheating from chilled

Fully cooked, all it needs is reheating. Traditionally sliced 0.5 inches thick, and either pan fried or broiled/grilled over a medium heat.
