Back in March, we were absolutely chuffed to be featured in Andrew’s Four Bites newsletter on Substack – but at the time, we didn’t have a blog to share the love. So, we’re finally giving this wonderful mention the spotlight it deserves!

In his Sunday news post, Andrew gave a lovely shoutout to Parker’s GBI and highlighted our range of British-style pies, sausage rolls, and more – all handmade right here in Buffalo.

His words captured everything we love about bringing a proper taste of home to our customers – and we couldn’t be more grateful. Andrew was lovely to work with, and we really appreciate his thoughtful write-up.

Fish & Chips Update

Exciting news – we’re one step closer to serving up proper British fish and chips! The hood for one of our fryers was installed just this last week, bringing us that much closer to getting frying. We’re hoping to get it up and running in the next few weeks… so watch this space for updates and keep your appetites ready!
