In Wales these are also known as “bakestones” or 'griddle cakes' because traditionally they are cooked on a bakestone which is a cast iron griddle that was placed on the fire or stovetop.
Best served warm - heat for 2-3 minutes under a grill or a dry frying pan for 30-60 seconds each side, then butter. Essential with an afternoon cuppa!
Pack of 6 frozen product. 6oz. Defrost in ambient conditions for 1-2 hours in the wrapper. Use within 2 days of opening.
