Scotch eggs - for this curious yet delicious handmade snack, we hard boil a free-range egg, cover it in expertly seasoned sausage meat and then roll it in golden breadcrumbs. Perfect for parties and picnics, they’re so good we’ve put two in the pack! 

Please Note: Scotch Eggs should be kept refrigerated. They do not freeze, as freezing affects the texture of the egg.  Consume within 2-3 days.

Ingredients: Hard boiled Egg (Grade A), Pork, Water, Cereal, (Wheat Flour, Salt), Seasoning (Cereal (Wheat Flour, Salt), Herbs (Sage, Thyme), Spices, Pentasodium Triphosphate, Citric Acid, Onion Powder), Panko breadcrumbs (bleached Wheat Flour, dextrose, yeast salt), Egg Wash. Allergens: Wheat, Egg

I was in the UK last week visiting family and we went to M&S to do a food shop. I went straight for the Sausage Rolls and Scotch Eggs. What a disappointment! They were really bland, Parker’s are much better. Keep up the good work team. - Chris F
