English Bacon – Smoked – 8oz

You asked, we listened – our proper English Bacon now comes in convenient 8oz packs.  Our traditional Smoked English Back Bacon is cured and smoked the proper British way, giving each rasher a rich, savoury depth without overwhelming the natural flavour of the pork. Cut from the loin rather than the belly, it’s meatier and far less fatty than American-style bacon – exactly how a true British rasher should be.

Each 8oz pack contains 4-5 large rashers, perfect for breakfasts, butties, or adding a smoky lift to your favourite dishes. Pan-fry until the edges crisp and the kitchen smells unmistakably like home.

Classic, comforting, and full of that proper British smoked flavour.

Ingredients
Pork loin cured with water, salt, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite.

Cooking Instructions

Cook from chilled
Can be pan fried until golden brown on both sides, or broil/grill over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides, or oven bake on a tray at 350F for approx. 20-25 minutes
