What is Great Taste?

If you're British, there's a good chance you'll recognise the distinctive Great Taste logo. For many people back home, it's one of the most trusted and widely recognised marks of quality food, appearing on the shelves of farm shops, delicatessens and supermarkets across the UK.

Organised by the Guild of Fine Food, the Great Taste Awards are among the world's most respected food awards. Products are judged through blind tasting by panels of chefs, food writers, buyers and food experts, with every entry assessed purely on its taste, appearance and texture.

Receiving a 2-Star Great Taste Award is a wonderful recognition of the flavour, quality and care that goes into every batch of our Welsh Dragon Sausages.

Our Welsh Dragon Sausages are handmade in-house at Parker's in Buffalo using carefully selected pork, an authentic British recipe and imported British seasonings.

Leek brings a traditional Welsh flavour, while chilli adds a warming kick. The result is a proper British sausage that's full of character without overpowering the flavour of the meat.
