They’re made from tender white fish, similar to fish fingers, and coated in a crispy, golden crumb. Ingredients:
Minced cod (FISH) (25%), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), rapeseed oil, yeast, salt, concentrate [caramelised carrot, carrot], colour: E160c), batter (water, WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), WHEAT starch, garlic powder, onion powder, yeast extract, salt, black pepper, herb extracts (thyme extract, sage extract, parsley oil, rosemary extract), garlic extract), scampi (CRUSTACEAN) (8%), rapeseed oil, pea fibre, pea starch, thickener: E461; salt, stabilisers: E339, E451, E452.

Always cook from frozen. The instructions below are just a guide: do make sure bites are piping hot throughout before serving.  Oven bake: 18 mins.  Preheat oven to 400F. Remove all packaging and place the bites on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 18 mins, turning halfway through cooking, until crisp and golden. Tuck in.
Deep fry: 4 mins.  Remove all packaging and place the bites into hot oil (360F). Cook from frozen for 4 mins until crisp and golden. Drain on kitchen paper before serving.
