Our Shipping Policy

We’ve always wanted to make the very best of our Great British Institution available to as many people in the US as possible.

Free Shipping Service

  • We’re thrilled to be able to offer to cover the cost of your delivery when you order over $150. This option is available to most locations within the mainland US, just select Free Shipping at checkout.
  • Due to changes in UPS’s Ground and Home Delivery services, orders to the West Coast (including Nevada) will only dispatch on Mondays or Tuesdays to ensure they arrive safely. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Free shipping may take up to 7 days to dispatch, as shipping windows are limited to avoid weekend transit. However, our PolarPack Cool Boxes ensure your order arrives fresh, even if it’s no longer frozen on delivery.

Important: If products arrive chilled, they are safe to use. Simply refrigerate or freeze them upon arrival. Please ensure you have adequate freezer space ready.

P.O. Box Addresses: We cannot ship perishable items to P.O. Boxes as UPS does not deliver to these addresses. Please use a residential or business address.

How We Ship Your Products

  • All orders are shipped in high-density, food-grade Styrofoam cooler boxes packed with icepacks and dry ice pellets to maintain a safe, refrigerated temperature during transit.
  • As dry ice evaporates into gas during shipping, it’s normal to find empty space where refrigerants once were.

Reuse & Recycle: Our shipping materials are recyclable and reusable—perfect for picnics or keeping your groceries cool on a hot day.

Our Shipping Schedule

Standard/Free Delivery

  • UPS Home Delivery typically takes 2–4 days to arrive, depending on your location.
  • Orders ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.
  • During peak times and holidays, dispatch times may be longer. If you need your order for a specific date, please get in touch with our team to discuss options.

Two-Day Delivery

  • Need your order faster? Choose UPS 2-Day Delivery for a quicker turnaround.

Overnight Delivery

  • For the quickest option, select Next Day Delivery (order by 12 PM for next-day delivery, Tuesday to Friday).
  • Please call us to confirm stock availability if you need it urgently.

Saturday Delivery

  • Contact us directly for Saturday Delivery - Usually we can accommodate orders by 12 PM on Friday for Saturday Overnight Delivery or by 12 PM on Thursday for UPS Express 2-Day Saturday Delivery.

Specific Day or Special Deliveries

  • Need delivery on a specific date? Select a UPS Express option and include your request in the order notes or contact us directly. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, specific dates are not guaranteed with Free Shipping due to UPS limitations.

  1. Summer Shipping: Choose Overnight Shipping in hot weather to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, even in temperatures exceeding 100°F.
  2. Double-Check Your Address: Ensure your delivery address is accurate to prevent delays or missed deliveries.
  3. Tracking Your Order: UPS doesn’t require a signature, so keep an eye on your tracking number for updates on your delivery.
  4. Refrigerate or Freeze Upon Arrival: To keep your products fresh, refrigerate or freeze them as soon as they arrive.
  5. Special Instructions: Add delivery instructions in the comments box during checkout for any specific needs.
