Handmade with care, and better than ever!  Each pie is thoughtfully prepared and finished by hand, then frozen, ready for you to bake at home and enjoy at its very best — crisp, golden and straight from the oven. After plenty of tasting (the hard part!), we’re truly proud of the result — and we think you’ll taste the difference from the very first bite.

A proper British classic, our Lamb and Mint Pie is a perfect blend of tender, slow-cooked lamb infused with fresh, aromatic mint sauce, all wrapped in a rich and savoury gravy. Encased in our signature golden pastry with a puff pastry lid, this pie won't disappoint on flavour! Whether enjoyed with mash and extra gravy or as a standalone treat, this pie is a true taste of a traditional British flavour Sunday roast.  

Pastry is uncooked - pie must be fully baked before consuming.    7oz pie

Cooking instructions: Remove outer packaging, retaining foil tray.  Bake in a preheated oven from frozen at 375F for 35-45 minutes, until pastry is golden and internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165F.  Ensure pie is piping hot before consuming. 

Serving Suggestions
Our pies are best paired with chips (fries), baked beans, mushy peas or mashed potatoes and gravy. You can also enjoy a side of fresh seasonal vegetables as a healthier option. Parker's pies also make for a perfect lunchtime snacks.
