McVitie’s Penguins were an absolute lunchbox highlight when we were kids, and we are still pretty chuffed to get one today honestly.

Crisp biscuit, chocolatey filling, milk chocolate on the outside. Basically the important combo of chocolate on chocolate on chocolate, which is roughly what an Oreo ought to have been aiming for all along we think.

They come individually wrapped, which is probably for the best. If you opened a full packet of these without that small layer of administrative friction, stopping at one would be wildly optimistic.

And then there are the jokes on the wrappers, because apparently just getting to eat a Penguin wasn’t reward enough.
