English Bacon - Smoked - 8oz

You asked, we listened. Our English smoked back bacon now comes in smaller 8oz packs.

Made in Britain from pork loin, our Smoked English Back Bacon is wet cured and traditionally smoked for a rich, savoury flavour and the broad, meaty rasher that makes British bacon distinctive.

Cut from the loin rather than the belly, back bacon is leaner and meatier than American-style bacon, with just enough fat to crisp beautifully in the pan.

Each 8oz pack contains approximately 4–5 large rashers, making it an ideal size for breakfast, a bacon sandwich, or whenever a full 1lb pack is more than you need.

Ingredients
Pork loin cured with water, salt, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite.

Cooking Instructions

Cook from chilled
Pan fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, grill/broil until cooked through, or bake on a tray at 350°F for approximately 20–25 minutes.
