A true British classic, now gluten free. These Lincolnshire sausages are packed with flavour from a generous helping of sage and black pepper, just like they should be. They’re everything you want in a Lincolnshire banger, minus the gluten.

Ingredients Pork, Water, RICE FLOUR, POTATO STARCH, SALT, HERBS SAGE, MARJORAM, PARSLEY, THYME), SUGAR, YEAST EXTRACT, ONION POWDER, SPICES (WHITE PEPPER, NUTMEG, GINGER, CORIANDER), STABILISER (E451(I) (1.20000%)), PRESERVATIVE (E221 (0.70000%)), ANTIOXIDANT (E300), Natural Casing.
Uncooked Product. Keep Refrigerated or Frozen.
Oven cook from frozen in a pre-heated oven at 425°F. Place in oven-safe dish on the
middle shelf of the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes. Turn over half-way through
cooking time and ensure internal temperature of 165F before consuming.
