Cumberland Sausages
Cumberland Sausages - 6 plump, flavour-filled Cumberland sausages made with pure cuts of pork steak, aromatic sage and our special blend of imported seasoning. For all of our sausages we use all-natural casings and traditional British butchers' rusk to give them that distinctive texture. 1 Lb. packet.
Cooking Instructions: Best cooked in a frying pan with a lid over a low-medium heat using a little oil. Also suitable for oven cooking, grill or BBQ. Ensure internal temperature of at least 165f before consuming.
Ingredients: Pork, Rusk, (Wheat Flour, Salt), Water, Seasoning (Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Pentasodium Triphosphate, Cereal (Wheat Flour, Salt), Herb (Sage), Spices, Citric Acid), Natural Casing.
