A little homage to our home in Buffalo, because around here they know some things are simply better with blue cheese.

Our Cheeky Blue Chicken Bake takes tender chicken in a rich, creamy gravy, adds just enough tangy blue cheese to give it that unmistakable savoury kick, then wraps the whole thing in flaky puff pastry.

It’s rich without being overwhelmingly cheesy, properly savoury, and just different enough from a traditional chicken bake to earn its place in the starting lineup.

For the full Buffalo treatment, add a splash of hot sauce and suddenly you’re somewhere between chicken wings and blue cheese dip, except somebody had the excellent idea of putting the whole thing inside flaky pastry.
