Mushy Pea Pork Pie

We take our traditional recipe of seasoned pork and juicy pork gelatin and top it with the finest mushy peas (or as Mr Parker calls them Yorkshire caviar)  – the flavors complement each other beautifully. As with most of our pork pies, we use a homemade hot-water crust pastry, made to a recipe from a Yorkshire butcher and passed down through the family.
