Note: At this time of year, cod sizes can vary. Some boxes may contain two medium fillets instead of one large, but all portions will total 1.5lbs of properly battered fish and chips.
Ingredients: Cod, Wheat Flour, Malt Vinegar (Barley, Corn Malt), Baking Powder, Lard (with antioxidants: BHA, propyl gallate, citric acid), Chips (potato).
Allergens in bold: Fish, Wheat, Barley.
Reheating Instructions - From Frozen (Fully Cooked Product):
Oven:
• Preheat to 375°F
• Place fish on tray and bake for 10 minutes
• Flip fish, add chips, and bake for another 10–15 minutes
• Ensure fish reaches 145°F and everything is piping hot
• Want crispier batter? Leave it in a touch longer!
Air Fryer:
• Preheat to 375°F
• Heat fish for 10 minutes
• Flip fish, add chips, and heat for another 10 minutes
• Ensure fish reaches 145°F and is piping hot throughout
• For best crunch, extend a little longer!
***Do not microwave. Soggy batter is nobody’s friend!
