Chicken Korma Pie
Korma or qorma is a dish originating in the Indian subcontinent, consisting of meat or vegetables and onions braised with yogurt or cream, water or stock, and spices to produce a thick sauce or gravy.
Known and loved by any curry fan, we have combined the taste sensations of a proper Korma with Succulent Chicken breast for a modern take on a classic dish.
Our Chicken pies are completely cooked and only need to be reheated to be fully enjoyed. These pies can stay in the refrigerator for up to 5-6 days and can last up to a month if frozen.
Reheating Frozen Pies
Preheat oven to 400ºF, and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
Reheating Refrigerated Pies
Preheat oven to 400ºF, and bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until it's warm throughout.
Microwaving Refrigerated Pies
Remove the pie from its foil tin and microwave on HIGH for 1½ minutes.
The best way to eat a Parker's pie is to reheat it in an oven. Microwaved pies have a tendency to become chewy and the pastry loses its flakiness and crispiness. All ovens are not created equal, so you may need to adjust the recommended heating times accordingly.
