They are back!  A fiery favourite straight from the valleys. These legendary bangers are made with quality pork, sweet leeks (the national emblem of Wales, no less), and a proper kick of chilli. Spicy, savoury, and unmistakably Welsh, they’re just the thing for livening up your fry-up or throwing on the BBQ. Handmade in small batches, no nonsense, just bold, brilliant flavour.

Cooking Instructions : Best cooked in a frying pan with a lid, over a low/medium heat using a little oil. Also suitable for oven cooking, grill or BBQ!  Ensure internal temperature of at least 165°F before consuming.
