Ready for you to finish at home, this pie is frozen and ready to bake, so you can enjoy it straight from the oven. Carefully tried and tested by all of us here at Parker’s, this is a change we’re proud of — and one you’ll taste straight away!

Korma, or qorma, began life as a luxurious Mughal dish from the Indian subcontinent, with tender meat or vegetables gently simmered in yoghurt, cream, and aromatic spices. Over time, it became a much-loved staple of British curry houses, prized for its rich, mild flavour and coconut-kissed sauce.

We’ve given this comforting classic a proper Parker’s twist — succulent chicken breast in a creamy coconut korma sauce, wrapped in traditional, short crust pastry with a flaky, buttery puff pastry lid.  A true meeting of British tradition and curry-house comfort.

Pastry is uncooked - pie must be fully baked before consuming.   

Cooking instructions: Remove outer packaging, retaining foil tray.  Bake in a preheated oven from frozen at 375F for 35-45 minutes, until pastry is golden and internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165F.  Ensure pie is piping hot before consuming.
