A proper chippy classic! A hearty half-pound Parker's Classic pork sausage, dipped in our secret-recipe batter and fried until golden and crisp.  Perfection! Served with a decent scoop of authentic chip shop chips. Perfect with a splash of vinegar and a dollop of curry sauce or mushy peas if you're feeling nostalgic.

1lb total weight.  Fully Cooked Product. Reheat from frozen.  Do not microwave.

Oven: Preheat oven to 375F. Bake sausage first on an oven tray for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn sausage over and add chips to tray. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until internal temperature of sausage reaches 165°F all food is piping hot throughout.


Air Fryer: Preheat to 375F. Reheat sausage for 10 minutes, flip over, then add chips for 10 more minutes or until internal temperature of sausage reaches 165°F all food is piping hot throughout.

Want even crispier batter?  Add 5 more minutes!

Sausage & Chips Ingredients: Pork, Water, Rusk, (Wheat flour, salt), Seasoning (Salt, Maltodextrin, Vinegar, Dextrose, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavours, Soy Bean Oil (processing aid), Beet Powder, Spice, Oat Fiber, not more than 2% Silicone Dioxide and Calcium Silicate added to prevent caking), Natural Casing, Wheat Flour, Malt Vinegar (Barley, Corn Malt), Baking Powder, Lard (butylated hydroxyanisole, propyl gallate and Citric acid added to protect flavour), Chips (potato). Allergens in Bold: Wheat, Soy.
