You asked, we listened – our proper English Bacon now comes in convenient 8oz packs. Each pack contains 4-5 large rashers, perfect for smaller households or anyone who fancies a proper bacon butty without committing to a full pound.
Made exactly as the butchers do back home, our authentic English bacon is cut from the pork loin, not the belly, giving you that classic British rasher: meaty, juicy, and far less fatty than its American counterpart.
Ideal with eggs, sausages, and black pudding for a proper fried breakfast – or simply tucked between two slices of bread with a splash of HP.

Pork loin cured with water, salt, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite.
Cooking Instructions
Cook from chilled
Can be pan fried until golden brown on both sides, or broil/grill over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides, or oven bake on a tray at 350F for approx. 20-25 minutes
