Old English Sausages - 6 traditionally made, old-English sausages with lean, coarsely ground pork steak, mixed with traditional butcher’s rusk and heavily seasoned for a lovely peppery taste. Low in fat and with all-natural casings, these succulent sausages are ideal for bangers and mash. Don’t forget the gravy.   1 lb packet

At Parker's we believe it's important to choose high-welfare meat and support the farmers that go the extra mile. We source our high welfare pork direct from the United Kingdom. The free range farms that we work with ensure that the animals spend all their lives outdoors. The old fashioned way.

Using the finest free range pork, imported British seasonings we make this sausage  on our beloved vintage sausage machine. Each sausage is traditionally hand linked and packaged into 1lb packs for your convenience
Finest free range Higher Welfare pork, British seasonings and butchers rush, water, natural casings
Cook from chilled Preheat oven to 425°F. Place sausages in an oven safe dish and cook for 25 minutes. Flip sausages over once halfway through cooking time for best results.
