Like Mr Parker's secret recipe Chicken, Bacon & leek pie but without the bacon (we won't hold it against him) For those who want all the flavour without the bacon. 

A good savoury chicken pie is fine enough on its own, but we really wanted to bring out the tang of freshly-chopped leeks is a match made in heaven, and we mix it all into our supremely delicious white sauce before wrapping the whole lot in golden, buttery puff pastry.
