Yes our pork pies can be frozen. We recommend freezing for up to 3 months to keep them as fresh as possible (although they can be frozen longer, some customer have kept them frozen for a year and enjoyed them!)
How long can you keep baked goods in the refrigerator?
Our Pork Pies can last about 7-9 days in the refrigerator and our meat pies, pasties, sausage rolls and bakes we would suggest no longer than 7 days. The Scotch eggs can last anywhere between 3-5 day and the egg custards are about the same. Please remember the products are FULLY COOKED but for those that need to be reheated, the internal temperature of the pies must exceed 160F!
Can I refreeze my products?
The U. S. Dept. of Agriculture (USDA) advises: "Once food is thawed in the refrigerator, it is safe to refreeze it without cooking, although there may be a loss of quality due to the moisture lost through thawing. After cooking raw foods which were previously frozen, it is safe to freeze the cooked foods. If previously cooked foods are thawed in the refrigerator, you may refreeze the unused portion. Freeze leftovers within 3-4 days. Do not refreeze any foods left outside the refrigerator longer than 2 hours; 1 hour in temperatures above 90 °F. If you purchase previously frozen meat, poultry or fish at a retail store, you can refreeze if it has been handled properly, according to USDA." So long as your goods are cool when they arrive they are perfectly fine to refreeze as required - if in doubt please do get in touch with us! If you feel your products have arrived too warm to refreeze we recommend taking the temperature with a cooking thermometer to better allow us to advise and assist you.
Do you wholesale?
We do not currently offer a wholesale scheme.
How do you ship?
We ship via UPS Ground Delivery, 2-Day Express and Overnight Shipping services. We use styrofoam cooler boxes and refrigerants to keep all the products nice and cold during transportation. Your order should arrive to you perfectly chilled or frozen within 4 days.
I selected Free Shipping, when will my order arrive?
It depends on where you are. Our Free Shipping service can take 2-4 days from dispatch to get to you, and dispatch time depends on the current volume of orders we're processing. Additionally your order may wait until the following week to ship if its transit time would have it travel over Sundays, when deliveries typically do not move between depots. Additional factors like product availability can result in delays to your order, so please do let us know if you need it for a specific date.
What is the 'Polar Pack' cost at checkout?
Orders over $100 qualify for our Free Shipping service, in which we pick up the tab on the FedEx costs of dispatching your order. There will still be a small packaging charge for each box used which covers the box, styrofoam cooler, black ice packs and dry ice pellets. This cost is factored into all shipping costs normally, and is displayed separately when Free Shipping is selected for transparency.
Can I have my order shipped at a later date?
Yes, that's no problem at all. Please either write in the comment box what day you would like your order delivered on or you can either call us on 716-823-3772 or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that in the absense of any instructions we will ship orders as soon as possible, and this may result in it arriving earlier than expected. We cannot change the delivery date of any package that has already been handed to our delivery partners.
What forms of payment are accepted for Online orders?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Network credit cards as well as PayPal.
Will you provide confirmation of my order when submitted?
As long as you provide your correct email address when placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email shortly after purchase. You will also receive an invoice when the order is processed and a dispatch confirmation when the order has been handed to our delivery partners. If you do not receive any of these emails, please send us a message from the Contact Us page so we can make any necessary changes to your contact details.
How can I make changes to my order?

Please note that changes or cancellations cannot be made for orders that are in transit, and modified orders may be subject to minor delays.
A Promotional Code is not working. What should I do?
Offer codes are case-sensitive and must be spelled correctly, so we first advise checking the spelling against the source of the offer for any typographical mistakes (including spaces). You may then need to check to make sure the contents of the basket meet the qualifying requirements for the offer, bearing in mind that products that do not ship (such as gift cards) do not count towards any offer threshold. All offers are also calculated before shipping, so any shipping or Polar Pack charges will not contribute towards the amount. If you continue to have problems with your offer code please do not hesitate to get in touch before placing your order as there is no guarantee we will be able to apply them retroactively.
What does the 'Collection' shipping option mean?
The 'Collection' option available at checkout is for those customers who plan to pick up their order from our Buffalo, New York campus. Please note that orders placed for collection do not include a cooler box or ice packs.
